Christopher Siodlarz, D.O. joined Fox Valley Orthopaedic Institute in 2008.
Dr. Siodlarz received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of North Texas, Health Science Center, Forth Worth, Texas. He then completed an internship and residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Kentucky, Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He also did a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Sports and Spine at Baylor College of Medicine.
Dr. Siodlarz is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as well as Pain Medicine. He specializes in the conservative treatment of diseases of the spine.
