Veronica Mesquida, M.D. joined Fox Valley Orthopaedic Institute in September of 2007.
Dr. Mesquida received her bachelor degree from the Buenos Aries School of Medicine, followed by residency at Indiana University. She completed fellowships in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology at Indiana University.
Dr. Mesquida is board certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. She is a member of the Illinois State Medical Society, Kane County Medical Society and the Arthritis Foundation. Dr. Mesquida is a member of the medical staff at Delnor-Community Hospital in Geneva and at Provena St. Joseph Hospital in Elgin.
Dr. Mesquida’s focus is on helping patients with a broad variety of rheumatic diseases, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, systemic lupus erythematosus, and crystal-induced arthropathy. Dr. Mesquida is bilingual, speaking fluent Spanish.
