Keep It Moving… Use It Or Lose It

We’re all designed to move…it’s one of the most important tools we have at our disposal to improve our health. So why do most of us neglect to use it? Some people are afraid of failure, while others say they don’t have the time or the energy.

GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY. Make movement a priority this winter by tweaking your behavior a bit. Always be on the lookout for little ways to move. Instead of sitting, stand up and move around when you’re talking on the phone. Or remember that road trip music you loved so much? Why not re-purpose it, and kick up the pace a few notches while you’re vacuuming, scrubbing the sink, or doing the laundry. Think Madagascar’s ‘I Like to Move It, Move It’…and shake all that dust out of your tail end!
